Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 4 cups kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, saut minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes
Add chopped kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes
Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until pasta is evenly coated with the creamy kale mixture
