Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast
Roll up the chicken breasts, securing them with toothpicks
In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese
Dip each chicken roll into the melted butter, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Carefully place the chicken rolls in the hot oil and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side
Transfer the browned chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Remove the toothpicks from the chicken rolls and slice them into thin rounds
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave
Spread a spoonful of ranch dressing onto each tortilla
Place the sliced chicken cordon bleu on top of the ranch dressing
Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go to form wraps
Serve hot and enjoy!
