Chicken Cordon Bleu Ranch Wraps



The chicken cordon bleu is changed up in these Chicken Cordon Bleu Ranch Wraps, which taste great. The tasty ham, melty Swiss cheese, and crispy chicken are rolled up in a tortilla and served with ranch dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper

Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast

Roll up the chicken breasts, securing them with toothpicks

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese

Dip each chicken roll into the melted butter, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture

Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Carefully place the chicken rolls in the hot oil and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side

Transfer the browned chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through

Remove the toothpicks from the chicken rolls and slice them into thin rounds

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave

Spread a spoonful of ranch dressing onto each tortilla

Place the sliced chicken cordon bleu on top of the ranch dressing

Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go to form wraps

Serve hot and enjoy!

Shrimp Stuffed Potatoes



These Shrimp Stuffed Potatoes are a delicious twist on traditional stuffed potatoes, combining creamy mashed potatoes with savory shrimp filling. Perfect as an appetizer or a main dish!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

Wash potatoes and pierce them with a fork several times

Bake potatoes for 45-50 minutes or until tender

While potatoes are baking, mix chopped shrimp, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Once potatoes are cooked, allow them to cool slightly

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin layer of potato inside the skins

Mash the potato flesh and mix it with the shrimp mixture

Stuff the potato skins with the shrimp and potato mixture

Place stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until heated through and lightly golden on top

Serve hot and enjoy!
